I would say better than Yaurus mostly because your dealing with USA company and service is much better. If you can find a TPH Walther and don't have to take a second mortgage GRAB IT!!įor the Charco. If you want this size style look at the Walther or Ruger. Best of luck finding your carry shooter of choice. It's a pistol that flies under the radar in most circle because of repeated internet critisim from those that have never actually owned one. I think if you shoot one you will buy it. These pistols sell for $300 around here in used but good condition. If you actually get one in your hands and disassemble it you with see the internal fit and finish is comparable to your other good quality rimfire semi autos. Whatever anyone thinks about them, I love mine.
I have a Galco IWB that it fits and rides very securely in but I'm just not a big fan of IWB for extended carry. I'm searching for a quality leather OTW to carry daily. With a good nylon holster I've found I forget it on my belt.
Kinda have to get used to where those hit. The hyper velocity ammo shoots well but prints high above point of aim. Mine seams to like the high velocity stuff best. Over 2000 rounds of mixed ammo without a hiccup. I have ran every kind of long rifle ammo thru mine with no FTF/FTE problems. It is not a target pistol like your MkII but is more than accuate enough to dispatch critters out to 30 yards if I do my part. It shoots decent groups at 15 yards in my opinion.
#Charter arms pathfinder target .22lr full
Being a full metal frame it carries better for me than the Walther P22 my wife carries. It fits the hand much like the Walther PPK or Sig 232. I have had S&W, Ruger, and other 22 pistols to compare it to.
